No need to diagnose the website first.

Often, yes. We first make sure the website and the work you need are a good fit for what we do. Our normal specialty is clean custom-coded websites. General maintenance inside WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and similar site-builder systems is not our normal Website Support model, but you can still contact us about the specific situation and we will tell you whether it fits.
Either is fine. One-time Website Support is a normal way to work with us. You can also use Website Support as an ongoing relationship when the website and work are compatible with what we do.
Website Support covers updates, changes, repairs, and improvements. That can include changing business information, adding or reorganizing content, fixing broken links or forms, repairing layout or mobile issues, and making defined improvements to a website that is worth keeping.
No. If the requested work is already clear, it can go directly to Website Support. A Website Assessment is for genuine uncertainty about the overall condition of the site and what the owner should do next.
That is a Website Recovery situation. Send us the website address and tell us what account or access information you still have. Please do not send passwords or sensitive credentials through the contact form; we'll explain what is needed and how to provide it. We will then help map what exists, what you legitimately control, and what can realistically be recovered.
Yes, a platform exit can fall under Website Recovery. We look at what information and assets are portable and what may need to be recreated. Some moves require rebuilding rather than transferring the finished website exactly as-is.
No. Recovery depends on ownership, access, provider rules, backups, platform limitations, and what still exists. We do not bypass security or ownership protections. We explain the realistic options after reviewing the situation.
Choose Website Assessment when you do not know what the website actually needs. It is useful when problems keep returning, advice conflicts, the site has accumulated years of changes, or you want a professional answer before deciding whether to repair, rebuild, or leave the site alone.
A full Assessment includes the live website and the underlying files/source. We review the customer-facing experience and the website foundation, identify strengths and meaningful problems, prioritize what matters, and recommend a sensible direction. You receive a written report plus a discussion of the findings. If source access is unavailable, a narrower public-facing review may sometimes be possible, but it is not the same as a full Website Assessment.
No. A new website is not the assumed outcome. The overall recommendation may be to Support it, Rebuild it, Leave it alone, or Seek outside help.
Starter Sites are the more affordable professional path because they begin with a proven Sunflower foundation and reduce custom design time. Custom Design is the premium path when the business needs a more tailored structure, presentation, or functionality. Both are built to the same professional standards; the difference is scope and customization.
Yes. Once a Sunflower-built website is paid for, it belongs to the client. Continuing with Sunflower for future Website Support is a choice, not a technical requirement.
Pricing depends on the service and the actual scope. We do not publish prices on the website. Before the agreed work begins, we explain what we are proposing and what it will cost. If a repair needs diagnosis first, we agree on that step before open-ended work begins.
Timing depends on the size of the request, the condition of the website, the access available, and current workload. We set a realistic expectation after reviewing the request rather than promise a turnaround time before we know what is involved.
